Exchange Policy (No Returns / No Refunds)

We offer exchanges only on eligible items. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • An item is eligible for exchange if:
  • The item is defective, damaged, or received in the wrong size
  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item is in its original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • This policy applies to T-Shirts and Hoodies only.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or use
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Exchange Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, we will ship the replacement item (same product, different size, or same size if defective).
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item
