Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy (No Returns / No Refunds)
We offer exchanges only on eligible items. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Exchange
- An item is eligible for exchange if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or received in the wrong size
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The item is in its original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
- This policy applies to T-Shirts and Hoodies only.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or use
- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Exchange Process
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, we will ship the replacement item (same product, different size, or same size if defective).
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item
